Kim Linden
Biography
Kimberly Linden has been photographing children and families in Rockford, Il for almost 20 years. Over these years she established herself as a top photographer in her Midwest community, and in 2017 took the dive into the volume photography world. Like many other photographers, Kim knew her vision of the ideal school portrait vs the traditional way of school photography looked very different. She set a plan in motion to change her photography business to include school and sports volume photography. Her goal was then and continues to be quality volume photography with a personal studio feel.
She’s an open book to fellow photographers about her journey and what she’s learned along the way and feels lucky to share her experience with the photography community that she loves. She has a steadfast belief that ever person in front of her lens deserves her best efforts whether that is an afternoon senior portrait or a one-minute school portrait. “A photographer’s responsibility is to capture the light of their subject, and let it shine.”
